A revolution in culinary concept began in March 2001. Empowered with over twelve years of professional experience, our four Chopstix founders established the first Chopstix restaurante, strategically positioned at Plaza Adorama Kemang. It was born out of the need and necessity in the alluring yet competitive food and beverage industry.
Chopstix Restaurant was created with a refreshingly different approach that administers the unique combination of Semi Fast-Food Noodle Bar, Open Kitchen and Modern Asian Food.Within only a few months after the first outlet, the second Chopstix Restaurant opened its doors in Plaza Indonesia to enthusiastic customers.
For four consecutive years, Chopsticx has been awarded The best Noodle bar in Jakarta for the Taste & Concept category by Jakarta Magazine. Seven Chopstix Restaurans have been opened until now.

Chopstix was first inaugurated under PT. Chopstix Boga Utama. In 2002, the new Chopstix Main Office was built in Kebon jeruk, Kelapa Dua, beasting advantageous and integrated facilities such as Central Kitchen, Cold Storage and Distribution Centre. Chopstix’s own sachet packaging machine was then set up in order to maintain consistency and ensure hygienic sauces for all outlets. Abd the year 2008 marked the public launch of Chopstix Delivery Call Center that is being stationed in the main office.
While our restaurant provides a great dine-in experience, now customers can conveniently have their favorite Chopstix restaurant, we commit ourselves to constantly present the finest service and raise the bar in the food and beverage industry.
